Had never heard of it. Looked pretty in the supermarket. And nutritious. Surprised Thing 1 and Thing 2 gave two thumbs up. Probably b/c I baked it in orange juice and generously slathered on the brown sugar. Very flavorful, and cool how the consistency really WAS like spaghetti. BUT. Hard to get out of the shell (read: I splashed myself with hot orange juice trying to see if it was done) and I heart low maintenance. #GoingBackToButternutSquash

Guess I'll throw in some desserts so they come back every once in a while.
