These hedges are pretty wild and wooly. Privacy vs. Open Feel? Well, they're not exactly attractive. It's not like if they weren't there we would say "You know, let's put in some huge 9 foot x 7 foot unattractive bushes with no greenery left at the bottom, that create the opposite of an inviting feel for our curb appeal."
