Me: Pay the extra $30 and get the hand saw that let's you cut the pavers with one pass through instead of two.

Husband: No, I don't need it.

Me: You're gonna wish you had it, if not now, for future projects. Then we're gonna end up back at the store to spend five times that much to get an entirely new, bigger, faster one.

Husband: NO, I don't need it.

Husband: I think I shoulda gotten the bigger saw. Cutting these pavers is no joke and I would have been able to do it in half the amount of time.

Me: True (insert eye roll)

BUT, to his credit, a realtor who has been in the business for 32 years was at our house and the patio job looked so impressive that when I told her my husband put it in, she said "What does your husband do? Is he a mason?"

Husband said make sure THAT gets into the blog. Ha!
